Byelaws 2024 - agreed by Secretary of State - 5.9.24

I am pleased to inform you that the Secretary of State gives leave for the Council to make the proposed byelaws set out in your application of 2 May 2024. This now ends the Secretary of State's, and the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government's, involvement with the process of making said byelaws.

The Secretary of State has agreed the 2024 Byelaws so Council now has to publicise the byelaws on the website and in a publication which has circulation in the local area, there will be a link in the new newsletter.

The byelaws may be inspected via the document attached and the Council will now adopt the document. After the Council has adopted the Byelaws they need to be publicised at Carey Hill Park and publish a notice on the website specifying when the Byelaw was adopted and when they came into force.
